I specialize in working with those struggling with sexual addiction and their significant others on associated relational issues including trust, betrayal, and trauma work, as well as mental health issues that play a role in these areas.

Working with individuals experiencing anxiety and/or depression is my passion. I want to offer tools and coping skills to help live a fulfilling life despite the challenges that depression and anxiety bring. I have specifically noticed a rise in anxiety and depression amongst teens. I love helping this age group in giving them the best start at life possible, and assist them in building self-confidence and love for themselves as they go through this exciting stage of self-discovery.
