As your therapist, I will help you navigate self-healing, support in understanding yourself and others while also providing encouragement in finding your own voice and needs. Whether there are concerns with neurodivergence/neurospicy, autism, ADHD (Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder), OCD or other areas of living, I am here to help! Challenges faced by a neurodiverse person or couple is unique and requires a unique perspective.
I use a humanistic and present-based processing approach often utilizing "parts" language. I will view your relationships and experiences through a system based lens which means I want to understand all the different perspectives while supporting you in how you see life. I want to use humor, safety and unrelenting empathy to help you with this process.
Whether you are neurodivergent or neurotypical, I will be eager to work with you! In my therapy room, you can be someone who wants to hold a fidget toy, pace while talking, or cuddle a fuzzy blanket the entire session. I will be open-minded to all experiences that you might need to have in order to feel safe, heard, and understood. All are welcome here.

Late Diagnosed ADHD/Autism Adult Female Group
Needing a safe and educational space to learn more about neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism/OCD etc) and gain some friends along the way? We are a neurodivergent-positive group and would love to have you join us! The 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month at 7:00pm for adult females (ages 21+).
