Extensive experience in treating eating disorders, disordered eating, body image struggles, depression/anxiety, and women's issues. Through therapy, Life Coaching, and/or Recovery Coaching, EMDR, you can heal your relationship with food, body, and gain the skills you need. I also have an intern that is lower in cost. Clinical supervision is also available.
Life can be really hard. This journey is not easy, but you are more powerful than you know or believe. Healing is difficult and requires diligence and sacrifice, but I will walk with you every step of the way offering support and guidance along with some pep talks and cheerleading.
