Hello! My name is Juliane and I’m an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Through personal experience with loved ones struggling with addiction, abuse and divorce, I have learned pain in life is inevitable; I have also learned suffering is not. My passion is to support and help people to relieve as much suffering as possible through sharing tools to make life more manageable and meaningful, even through times of uncertainty and distress.
Therapies I most often use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
