Everyone has times in their lives where they are confused, conflicted, or struggling with something that requires help from others. Finding the right person to help can be overwhelming, but thankfully that is why I am here! I am a trained outside voice to help you begin the process of understanding what your roadblocks to success, happiness, and general well-being are. We will work together to give you the tools to start identifying and changing thinking patterns that no longer suit you or your needs. We will create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to find your voice to be able to share your thoughts and feelings.
I am a licensed mental health counselor who has worked with children to adults with a variety of issues including anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship issues, self esteem, and overall feelings of being stuck. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to best assist you in reaching your goals (ex: CBT, Mindfulness, Family Systems)
I am committed to helping you in anyway I can. I continue to develop my skills to be able to meet clients where they are and am currently studying for a Nutrition Certification, as I believe nutrition and mental health go hand in hand. Please reach out with any questions!
