My approach alligns evidenced based research with each individual's goals to improve both emotional well being and connections.

Thomas holds a Master's degree in Social Work, a Master's degree in Addiction Counseling, and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. With extensive global travel experience across 15 countries, and exposure to multiple cultures, Thomas is well-versed in the peculiarities of families’ cultural, traditional, and religious backgrounds.
