About
I have come to realize that recovery is a process and is best approached from a holistic perspective. I have a strong passion for what I do whether you struggle with life challenges, unresolved trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, anger, family issues or grief. My desire is to provide a safe, warm, compassionate and caring environment. It is important to me that my clients feel comfortable with the therapeutic process.
Life is a question that can't be answered in one word or in a single sentence. Life is what you do. Life is a journey. Life challenges are not easy, but together we will create a treatment plan that is created specifically for you. Let’s take this journey together.
