Hello, my name is Sara Hays. I have been in private practice as a marriage and family therapist for more than twenty years. My focus is on Family of Origin issues and talk therapy to help you improve relationships,change unhealthy behavior patterns, and relieve the pain that brought you to seek guidance in a therapeutic setting.
I regularly treat issues related to abuse, trauma, incest, depression, anxiety, relationships, addictions, parenting and family concerns, giving you an opportunity to go back in history in a safe environment and resolve the past in order to heal in the present.
I work well with women to enhance self esteem and build confidence. I love working with families with children on parenting skills. I have regular referrals from Rehabilitation Treatment Centers for Alcohol, Drugs and Sex Addiction.
