I am a Licensed Professional Counselor serving adolescents and adults throughout Texas. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm. Life can feel exhausting when you're carrying stress, coping with past experiences, navigating difficult relationships, or balancing the demands of work and family. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can gain insight, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I have a special interest in helping professionals experiencing burnout and high stress, including educators, first responders, military personnel, healthcare workers, and others in helping professions. I also enjoy supporting expecting and new mothers as they navigate pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the transition into parenthood.
