I specialize in working with children and adolescents experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, anger, PTSD, and ADHD. I also have expertise in supporting children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Individuals under the age of 18 often face difficulties in forming and maintaining healthy relationships with both family members and peers. Childhood and adolescence can be particularly challenging developmental periods, and during this time, many young people benefit from additional guidance and a trusted professional with whom they can build a strong therapeutic rapport.
My therapeutic approach incorporates a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Person-Centered Therapy.
