As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Associate, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and any individuals looking to improve their mental health and overall quality of life. I believe in empowering my clients and utilizing positive psychology techniques to enhance overall well-being. My approach to counseling also incorporates a holistic perspective, taking into consideration the individual's physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

I provide individual therapy to young adults, adults and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem and life transitions.

It can be scary & frustrating when you don’t feel like yourself & don’t know why you feel this. You’ve tried everything to help with your mood changes, overwhelming feelings of nervousness, guilt and not feeling good enough, but nothing seems to work. It can be scary reaching out to a therapist because you want to find someone who really connects with you. I began my training in 2011 and completed it at The Menninger Clinic. Life can be challenging and sometimes we are told to be strong despite these hard times. Some are taught a definition of being strong is to act like you’re okay, even when you really want to go hide. Dr. David Pulley "Dr. Dave" earned his bachelor's in psychology from Howard University in DC and obtained both his Master's and Doctorate from Chestnut Hill College in PA. His Doctorate degree is in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy and a specialization in the subject of Soul Mates. As a result, he is known as an expert on soul mates and a pioneer of some of the clinically based models and theories on the subject. Dr. Pulley has created a team of clinical consultants (Tender Loving Care Clinical Consultations) who provide psychologically based consultative support for their client base.
