I've been a therapist for over 40 years and thoroughly enjoy my work. I understand the personal nature of therapy and the difficulty it takes to ask for help when already feeling overwhelmed and vulnerable. A teenager with history of poor social skills, diagnosed with developmental delay, psychosis nos, anxiety issues and diagnosis of schizophrenia and Bipolar. Also depression and autism.This are the presenting issues that the teenager has to deal with throughout his/her life. Sometimes the teenager have a psychosis episode and sometimes on denial.

Without judgment, I help clients overcome addictions to alcohol, weed, sex, food, and hard drugs by helping them face the very difficult triggers behind the addictions itself (such as unaddressed depression, trauma, and self esteem, etc; I particularly work with sexual addictions). This approach can be very emotionally difficult, so I recommend only clients who are ready for major life changes apply.

We all want a harmonious and peaceful connection with our love ones. Sometimes we find ourselves at an impasse with our partners, children, friends, or co-workers. These impasses act as barriers that keep our relationships from growing or moving forward. Counseling /therapy gives a person the opportunity to see a "barrier" from a different perspective while acquiring new skills to move through the barrier or eliminating the barrier it self. Many times our underline intentions are good ones but our solutions to a problem may become barriers themselves. We may just need a different perspective or create a new way of behaving.
