Shannyn works from a vast framework incorporating traditional clinical practices as well as somatic experiencing, mindfulness and intersectional/social justice models. Addressing the impact of oppression a person experiences throughout life is also central to healing. It is in the mind AND body that dis.ease occurs and takes hold.

Developing capacity in individuals supports their ability to experience sustainable change. Both Eastern and Western philosophies are incorporated for a more holistic approach.
