Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with adults, veterans, children, adolescents, and couples. I provide individualized, compassionate care tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances. My clinical experience includes supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, trauma, grief and loss, substance use concerns, and psychosis. I believe therapy can empower individuals to heal, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and develop healthy coping skills to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and support.
I have experience working in acute hospitalization, schools, and private practice dealing with Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, and Mood Disorders. I continue to advocate to be a counselor serving individuals and the community as a stimulus for problem resolution, a facilitator for change, and to have individuals feel heard, respected, and validated.
