As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a diverse background, I work with Children, Adolescents, Adults, Veterans, and Couples, specializing in counseling approaches unique to the individual's circumstance. My experience has been assisting clients with difficulties dealing with Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Mood Disorders, Psychosis, Substance Abuse, Trauma, and Grief & Loss to help build essential coping skills. I believe in the positive outcomes of counseling as having the power to heal, strengthen, and support an individual as they gain valuable tools to navigate their lives and relationships.
I have experience working in schools and in acute hospitalization dealing with Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, and Mood Disorders. I continue to advocate to be a counselor serving individuals and the community as a stimulus for problem resolution, a facilitator for change, and to have individuals feel heard, respected, and validated.
