I use a combination of approaches which include Person-Centered Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief (SFBT). Welcome to my practice! For over ten years I have worked as a licensed counselor, with experience in addictions, family violence, at-risk adolescents, and working with the HIV/AIDS population. I have specific training in Cognitive-Behavioral, Rational Emotive Behavioral, and Solution-Focused Brief therapies.
