Not currently accepting new clients. If you are a previous client of mine please reach out to The NOW Clinic with UT Health to get scheduled!
Creating a safe space for individuals has always been an important objective for me and my philosophy as a counselor. I’m deeply passionate about mental health and hoping to help normalize the stigma of asking for help. My primary focus is helping clients reconnect with aspects of themselves that may have become unfamiliar due to trauma, loss, or other life challenges.
I can help by facilitating a space which allows you to be vulnerable
I have been in the mental health field for around four years now, not including my educational history. I am familiar with working with individuals who present with mood disorders, personality disorders, relational impairment, stress disorders, adjustment disorders and psychotic disorders.
If I did not mention an area you would like to focus on, let me know and we can discuss potential treatment options. Asking for help can be overwhelming, difficult and confusing but if you’re here reading this then keep going and reach out. Let’s chat and find a way to make life a bit more manageable.
