I am a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor in the state of Texas. I completed my training at the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2017. Since completion, I have continued to work with individuals who suffer from different mental illnesses ranging from Major Depression Disorder to Complex PTSD, or just needing help managing their stress in their every day life. My goal as a mental health counselor is to assist individuals in regaining self-confidence, self-awareness, and independence through the tools therapy provides.
