I treat those with Anxiety Issues, Trauma, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and teach individuals how to untangle these issues from their lives.
Anxiety issues include panic attacks, social anxiety, health anxiety, and generalized anxiety. I also treat Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs), such as skin-picking and hair pulling.
I have specific experience helping people recover from trauma, chronic stress, and trauma from high-controlling religious communities.
I use evidence-based therapy methods to treat Anxiety and OCD, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Inference-based CBT (I-CBT).
For Trauma, I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brainspotting (Level 1 trained). These approaches help people process past pain and trauma, release stuck emotions, and heal.
