Dealing with addiction can be very difficult and overwhelming to deal with alone. Addiction doesn't look the same for everyone but anyone can overcome addiction. Drug abuse and addiction problems can be devastating, not only to the individual but to the family as well. Knowing that you are not alone is the first step to ease your mind. Everyone with an addiction problem has their own story that should be individualized not judged but heard. Identifying the biological, environmental, behavioral, and social causes and consequences of drug use and addiction is just some of the steps that we will face together.

Having Over 15 years of experience in substance abuse and mental health, I will meet you where your at. My approach to counseling is heavily influenced by cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT focuses on challenging yourself to change the behaviors that lead up to a particular problem, while developing and applying healthy coping skills.

I am here for you and your family. Meeting you where your at is the key to helping you achieve your goal. The main goal is to help you explore what links your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to a certain issue or problem. With this being said our thoughts determine our feelings and our behavior. The main focus is to stop addiction before it starts or to overcome addiction by creating a nonjudgmental forum and creating an environment of support for teens.
