I have Master's degrees in Counseling and Religious Studies, so I can incorporate spiritual guidance into counseling if you would like. However, this is completely optional.
I will help you look at yourself deeply and honestly, develop skills and new perspectives to help you change any unhelpful thought patterns, reduce anxiety, and develop new behaviors to help you live a better life. I utilize a variety of techniques in order to help my clients return to the truest form of themselves - happy, accepting, loving, and free.

***This is a FREE group for adults!*** Emotions Anonymous provides a group fellowship for anyone who is struggling emotionally and desires emotional wellness. It is based on the 12-steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. It provides a safe, warm, and friendly space for individuals to explore themselves, hear stories of hope, and work toward important changes in order to live a better life. All adults are welcome! *Cash donations are encouraged to help support the group but are not required. Meeting in the Matthew/Mark room in the main office(building #1 to the left of the church).
