I work hard to create a non-judgmental, compassionate environment in which we can journey together. I have Master's degrees in Counseling and Religious Studies; I can incorporate spiritual guidance into sessions if you would like. However, I have formed wonderful relationships with clients who are spiritual and non. Also, if you have endured religious trauma or similar challenges, I would be happy to help you work through your pain - I have had much experience with this.
I will help you look at yourself deeply, honestly, and compassionately; develop skills and new perspectives to help you change any unhelpful thought patterns, reduce anxiety, and help you live a better life. I utilize a variety of techniques in order to help my clients return to the truest form of themselves - happy, accepting, loving, and free.
