My eclectic approach combines multiple modalities and tools depending on your needs and goals. Some include CBT, REBT, ART, Art Therapy, Aromatherapy, and Sand Tray Therapy.

I desire to help people overcome the concerns that prevent them from living and experiencing fulfillment in life. I enjoy being able to encourage people and to celebrate their successes.
