As a therapist, I like to build a strong non-judgmental relationship with patients in order to encourage safety and the comfort needed to explore and resolve the life struggles that have led you to counseling. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to pin down problem areas in thinking that ultimately affect our relationships, self-worth, and perspective in an unhealthy way. I work towards assisting individuals towards their own therapeutic goals in a structured manner that aims at efficiently providing tools and the knowledge necessary to overcome current and future life stressors.

I aim to establish warm, collaborative therapeutic relationships with my clients. It is important to me to create a comfortable and safe environment for each client or family. I strive to empower my clients to use their own strengths and individualized capabilities to reach their goals and find balance. I deem it important to consider individuals to be part of a family unit when working with families. I think it's beneficial to remain creative with each person/family.

For 14 years, I have treated clients with a wide range of behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges such as depression, anxiety, anger problems, relationship problems, parenting issues, and academic problems. I enjoy working with young children, adolescents, and families. I truly believe that people can achieve happiness and fulfilment through mental and physical health. Because I have a strong passion for helping others, I strive to create strong therapeutic relationship with each of my clients.
