As an At-Risk Professional School Counselor in the past and currently a LPC who sees adults as well, I have helped teens and adults who have trauma, struggle with suicide ideation, non-suicidal self-harm, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, amongst other real-life challenges. I have had great success seeing teens and adults go from struggling to thriving.
