I love what I do.....I have been doing it for 34 years.....I am the kind of therapist that understands the value of psychotherapy since I have taken advantage of these services at different times in my life. I know that we all need a safe place to talk, in which confidentiality is as important as feeling accepted. I enjoy working with clients that are dealing with a variety of anxiety disorders as well as people with self esteem issues that seems to have a need to please others. I am passionate about Integrative Breathwork and Transpersonal Psychology in which we explore the needs of the mind body and spirit. Fluent in Spanish.
As a practical, interactive, solution-focused therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. With sensitivity and compassion, I help clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.
I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals. However, I do not specialize in every issue that is brought to therapy. Therefore, I will provide a suitable referral if needed.
