Additionally, I have experience with anxiety, depression, body image issues, eating disorders/disordered eating. and anger management.
I especially concentrate on guiding clients through the journey of altering negative thoughts and replacing them with positive thoughts to achieve effective changes. My therapeutic approach is integrative utilizing ACT, DBT, CBT, client-centered therapy, and somatic experience models.
