Therapy with me is a compassionate, safe space to explore deeper self-awareness and learn real skills to use in your every day life. I sit with clients who are working through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and other adjustment difficulties who want effective, creative therapeutic methods to help themselves meet their goals and live the lives they want. I work with spiritual-seeking clients interested in deeper, expanded states of consciousness work. In-person and virtual sessions available.

Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment, Grief, Trauma, EMDR and EMDR Intensives; Ketamine Therapy Treatment; various somatic therapy practices; sand tray play therapy; psychedelic & entheogenic prep/integration/harm-reduction; energy psychology medicines are all available as stand alone therapies and can be integrated into CBT, DBT and client-centered talk therapy.
