I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a wealth of experience in working with clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues, as well as health-related depression. I have 7+ years of experience in working in a psychiatric environment ranging from alcohol abuse and suicidal ideations. I have a true compassion for counseling and for the clients I service. I find great joy in assisting adolescent females and middle-aged adults. My future endeavor consists of beginning an anxiety group to further assist individuals to cope in the community and to learn coping skills to deal with everyday living.

My goal is to build self-esteem and to create a sense of empowerment in each person with whom I work. My work is with all ages through various modalities, including play therapy, games, crafts, and traditional counseling techniques. Children and adolescents are guided to develop effective techniques for navigating the issues and concerns that are encountered during the developmental and formative years. Similarly, I work with adults in showing how to work through the various obstacles and difficulties - both internal and external - that are encountered throughout life.

I am currently accepting new clients across the state of Texas for Teletherapy. I welcome adolescents and adults, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges including addiction, anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship issues, unresolved familial conflict, and everything in between.
