About
**I offer Online Sessions** Hi there and welcome. Everything that makes you feel stuck has a “why” behind it. I believe that understanding yourself leads to healing. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them better understand themselves and empower them to build the lives they want. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support and provide space for self discovery. I believe the therapeutic process can facilitate growth and healing.
I have worked with clients who are in toxic relationships as well as clients who suffer from anxiety and depression. I specialize in working with individuals with trauma, low self worth, psychological abuse, childhood abuse, family conflict, relationship conflict. I also work with preteens and teens who struggle with self harm and self-esteem.
I work to empower you to make life choices that help affirm who you are. It's my goal to provide a space to help you change patterns that may be negativity impacting your life. I work a diverse set of clients from various faith and non faith backgrounds. I offer sessions in Dallas and Euless as well as provide online sessions. Take Care!
