Stress makes us anxious. When we are anxious, we become reactive and defensive. Each of us has a unique set of unconscious, habitual coping strategies that kicks-in automatically under stress. I use a unique combination of therapeutic tools to teach men and women how to respond rather than react to the big and the small and the positive and the negative stressors that life deals us.

I work well with individuals who are stressed out, burned out, and have been told they’re “Overthinkers.” My approach meshes well with people who identify as highly anxious but have difficulties with managing their symptoms. I work to create a sense of safety and comfort within session.
