I focus on supporting people in creating lasting change. My clients are high functioning successful individuals who also find themselves struggling to manage anxiety, trauma, OCD, or an addictive behavior that seems to take the drivers seat in their life more often than they would like. I also treat partners or family members trying to manage their own recovery from betrayal trauma in response to their loved one's behaviors. Often, these concerns have roots and stories that go further back, and we work simultaneously on past, present, and future to tackle getting the results you want to see. My style is warm yet direct and clear.

In addition to talk therapy, I offer modalities for deeper processing. I use EMDR, Brainspotting, and parts work/IFS. I use exposure and response prevention (ERP) and ICBT for OCD and Emetephobia treatment. I am level III trained in Gottman Method for couples. I am a CSAT for couples/individual healing from repeated infidelity/problematic sexual betrayal.

I believe it is important to have someone in your corner while you make needed changes, but it can be vulnerable to let someone in. You have within you what it takes for healing and I am your cheerleader/guide in this process. It is important to me to be affirming of your culture, gender identity, sexuality, & beliefs.
