I have expertise in a range of therapy modalities but the ones I use most frequently are cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and person-centered therapy.

I actively use Accelerated Resolution Therapy(ART) to help people gain relief from trauma and persistent unwanted thoughts. I also offer comprehensive reports for social security applications.
