Is your child obsessed with their cell phone? Does your child spend every waking moment glued to a screen? Do you? If so, an addiction may be present. I am a recovering Internet Addict who spent six years addicted to an online game. I now use my experience helping others overcome their addiction. I also specialize in working with Autism and Asperger's, as well as work with depression, anxiety and social phobia. I work with people of all ages and can also provide career counseling.
In treating Internet Addiction, I work to determine the cause of the addiction and what is gained from it. I use a family approach and work with all members of the family. As with treating Autism, I work to join with the client to build trust and understanding.
