I'm Erik Boie, LCSW-S. If you're feeling overwhelmed, don't let anything stand in your way of achieving your life's goals, and ultimately feeling better. Capstone Connect is a group practice skilled in play therapy, trauma treatment, and psychotherapy. We are here to help you find solutions to your challenges. Capstone's therapists are master level therapists with advanced skills in psychotherapy and play therapy. We have the expertise to work effectively with diverse challenges including divorce, parenting challenges, behavioral concerns, school, environmental, and medical traumas, adoption, anxiety, and depression.

The intervention process seeks to repair breaks in the child/parent connection and strengthen the security in the relationship. We also seek to encourage your child or teen to build their own individual capacities such as increasing self-esteem, self-control, and communication skills while better managing their emotional difficulties.

Past traumatic experience can be difficult to overcome, and need specialized treatment. Trauma resolution work is offered to help your child/teen, or yourself decrease the symptoms associated with the trauma experience. Capstone's therapists are highly trained in trauma interventions. Hello, if you are feeling stuck and other forms of therapy haven't helped, please consider a therapeutically intensive out-patient option. This includes the following: A. 90 minute intake sessions E.g. Eco-Map, Genogram, DSM-5, Stress Inventory, & Family of Origin. B. 3-hour intensive- coping skills, attachment styles, trauma resolution, psychoeducation, and wounded-parts integration. Fee- $775
