I help couples learn to be with each other and connect on a deeper level. Getting out of old cycles can be frustrating and feel impossible at times. In addition to couples work, I also enjoy working with individuals to process traumas, work through anxieties, and cultivate more fulfilling relationships with those they care about and within themselves.
