We offer IOP services! EMDR Trained. Individual, couple, and family counseling are provided to assist you. Group counseling is also available for anger management, stress, parenting and teacher support group at the Arlington location. Aanchal Rajagopal is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (supervised by Linette Tovar MA, LPC-S). She completed her Master of Science in Counseling at California State University, Los Angeles. She also has an undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy. Aanchal has several years of experience working with individuals of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, substance-abuse, relationship issues, trauma and other mental health conditions.
