From that perspective, I am truly sorry that you and yours are struggling. With that said, I am a Board Certified Coach and Pastoral/Spiritual Counselor and I am glad that I might be able to help you find your way back to a sense of ordinary, normal, or maybe even better than it's ever been. I can confess to you that I have personally felt as bad as you may feel now. That doesn't mean that I know how you feel - I do not think anyone could know that.

Providing a compassionate and trusting therapeutic relationship is a priority in treatment. I strive to guide people to develop their inner strengths and wisdom, and to release negative thought and behavioral patterns through a variety of therapeutic techniques. I am highly trauma-focused, as well as spiritually-oriented. A relaxed and non-judgmental environment is provided to all persons, regardless of culture, religion, age, economic status, sexuality, or gender. I treat all ages and all mental health concerns and collaborate with needed professionals to ensure the most effective treatment. Office hours are usually available to accommodate work and school schedules.

In complex trauma things were never okay and just continued to get worse. The subtle feeling that something is not right escalates into a bulldozer of concerning or scary symptoms. You may struggle with feelings of numbness, disconnection, and emptiness. Or you may feel everything too loudly and all at once. Your best attempt at survival might be compulsive behaviors or substance use. And you might have done things that you regret. Life has not been easy for you, and now you want to stop the cycle.

As a result, I have found that you can get lost in the intense pressure from work, school, and major life changes and my holistic approach will help you pave the way through your healing process. Christine, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and trauma specialist, has advocated and served in the mental health community for over ten years. She currently owns and operates Revibe and Rise Mental Health while also providing virtual therapy. She primarily works with individuals in their 20’s and 30’s, identifying as female, who have experienced generational and/or parental trauma.

The bulk of my experience is in individual and group therapy with people struggling with substance use, depression, anxiety, helping them manage life circumstances, coming from difficult pasts. I have also worked in trauma counseling at the residential, inpatient, and outpatient levels of care.
