My personal mental health treatment history allows me to have a direct perspective that helps clients connect more easily.
My mental health journey began as a child struggling to find a sense of belonging in the world around me. I have been attending therapy throughout my adult life and find my perspective as a client is one of the strongest insights into my role as a professional therapist.
