As a Christian Counselor and EMDR Certified Therapist, my goal is to help individuals, couples, and families to heal. By incorporating techniques and therapeutic interventions such as CBT, MBCT, and EMDR. It is important to build upon client strengths to attain the personal growth each individual is committed to accomplishing.
I have conducted seminars and trainings on topics such as: Mental Health Issued in the Minority Community, Breaking Unhealthy Family Patterns, Boundaries, Temperaments - "Understanding why you behave the way you do", Spiritual Enrichment Seminar "Suffering in Ministry" and Emotional Eating.
