My name is Tori Rogers. I am passionate about helping people move through pain, find empowerment, regulate their nervous systems, and connect to themselves in a more meaningful way. I believe, at times, we all feel like strangers to ourselves. I believe we are already whole and can feel shattered at the same time. I believe that the antidote to shame is self love. I believe that there is no better vehicle to connection to oneself than the natural world. I believe in chasing dreams. I believe that tapping into one’s intuition is the key to empowerment. I believe in holistic healing (which occurs mostly OUTSIDE of the therapy office).
I am currently offering individual sessions and day/weekend intensives in Columbia, TN, south of Nashville. I incorporate a combination of treatment modalities including EMDR, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Psychodrama, Somatic Therapy, and Experiential Therapy. I also offer Nervous System Regulation coaching. Services can be tailored to your needs and preferences.
