My goal & passion is to value all walks of life & experiences! I know it can be difficult to seek help, the idea of counseling can freak some people out. However, if you're looking here, you're halfway there. The impact of trauma, stigma toward mental health, addictions, the LGBTQ+ community, infidelity can reinforce dysfunctional coping, self-loathing and sometimes self-harm. It can keep people stuck. I understand this on a personal and professional level. Therapy's not easy and not the most ideal at times, but can help if you team up with someone who will earn your trust. I want to help those who want and need support

I offer individual, couples and family therapy in a safe and confidential environment. I enjoy working with individuals and couples to see lives change and to see healing begin. I use solution-focused strategies reach goals that we set together.

As a Board Certified Christian Counselor, I believe stress can get in the way and that the anxiety that results can lead to getting stuck in life. Often this requires identifying what issues are "getting in the way" of our happiness. Importantly, individuals yearn to construct a new path that has a sense of purpose. Similarly, life issues fragment marriages that require realignment. Our Hope-Focused counseling approach is designed to identify and resolve your distinctive issues, so that your life may be may be repurposed in both your personal and professional life, focusing on what truly matters.

I help clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, PTSD/trauma, motivation & life adjustments. It is not uncommon to find ourselves stuck or overwhelmed. We've often learned to neglect ourselves, our needs, and feel unable to call upon others when we need help. Many of us battle with feelings of shame and speak to ourselves in a critical voice. I believe this often comes from a place of wounding from our past that drives us further away from our true, authentic self. When we can learn how to care for ourselves in the way we needed in the past, we can shift our beliefs of ourselves and who we are in relation to others

I find that I tend to be helpful to clients who want to integrate spiritual growth as they journey to healing emotional pain and conflict. The counseling relationship serves as a therapeutic crucible, providing a safe and appropriately challenging space to explore ways to draw out and empower the self to experience abundant life.

I am delighted to give folks the opportunity to meet their most confident, competent selves and to find joy in the journey of doing so. Whether that means healing from trauma, navigating systemic challenges, or learning how to get out of your own way— I believe you deserve to live authentically, richly, and joyfully. I also acknowledge that each of us exists within larger systems (some of which may be inherently unjust or broken) and that building such a life often requires you to find belongingness and support both from within and from without.

I work with clients wanting to heal from all kinds of painful experiences and challenges in their lives. Often what brings someone into therapy, their current struggles, are symptoms of an underlying unresolved experience which has thrown life out of balance. Anxiety and depression, for example, frequently are a pattern of being stuck in a state of imbalance, following a significant loss, heartbreak or trauma. The goal of therapy is to restore the natural integrity and balance within clients, empowering them to lead creative and fulfilling lives.

Honest self-reflection is the answer to so many of our problems. At many points throughout our lives, we learn to ease life’s burdens by shutting down, acting out, or running away in attempts to find relief. Even our most destructive coping strategies were often the best answers we could find at the time to manage our anxieties, our desires, and our pain. When we allow ourselves the opportunity to slow down and reflect on our lives, both past and present, we deepen our understanding and insight. And, as we explore our lives without moralizing and harshness, we develop genuine compassion and greater trust in ourselves.

Hello - my name is Trey Manor. I help couples and individuals understand and express themselves and their experiences. Our culture doesn't really teach us how to verbalize what we want, need, or fear. Often times, we seek out ways to avoid or numb out those difficult, painful, confusing, or overwhelming emotions and memories. Many people run from them until they feel exhausted, trapped, and/or at the end of their rope. That is often when I meet many my clients. I get to help young adult and adult couples, individuals, military and first responders figure out and verbalize their inner turmoil.

Conversations have the power to heal. I’ve witnessed that time and time again. As a wellness and life transition coach, my primary goal is to develop a strong relationship with my clients and create a supportive environment where they can feel safe to explore their deepest concerns. My approach to coaching is guided by the belief that no matter how much you might feel like you’re stuck in a box or confined to only one path in life, there’s always another way. But sometimes it takes a good guide to steer you in the right direction. That’s where I come in.

I use an integrative and evidence-based approach in my clinical work.
The clients that I work with are looking for a comfortable environment where they can be understood and supported. They are also looking for tools and resources to help them produce positive change in their lives. My clients often arrive to therapy feeling "stuck". I work with my clients to identify what being unstuck would look like and then we plan how to take steps in that direction.

As an integrative therapist, I work very gently and with great empathy, finding lost pieces and connecting memories of abuse with current conflicts.
I help gifted, hurting individuals and couples, often ages 30-60, experience relief from the loneliness and destructive behaviors that arise from trauma and addiction. I work with individual survivors of physical, sexual, and spiritual abuse, as well as couples in distress, moving with them through the cold shadow of death when there seems no way out, to find a way through. My clients find increasing freedom from anxiety, fear, anger, and self-hatred, and release into powerful ways of living. I help people stop running from their pain and shame and start walking in peace to make conscious positive choices.

Integrative Therapists

What is integrative therapy?

Integrative therapy is a type of therapy that combines ideas and techniques from different therapeutic approaches depending on the needs of the individual client. By merging elements of different treatments, an integrative therapist aims to offer a more flexible approach than those who practice just one type of therapy.

How does integrative therapy work?

Integrative therapy approaches a client’s mental, physical, and emotional health in a holistic way to discover the sources of their unhealthy behavior patterns or other challenges and considers the approach most likely to lead to improvement. Among the techniques an integrative therapist may practice are cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, art or music therapy, psychodynamic therapy, breathwork, family systems therapy, gestalt therapy, and trauma-informed therapy. An integrative therapist regularly evaluates the client’s progress and is prepared to pivot to a different approach if progress stalls.

How long does integrative therapy last?

As with most forms of talk therapy, there is no set duration or end point for integrative therapy; people who find they are making progress typically continue until they feel they’ve addressed the issues that spurred them to seek treatment. New patients should understand that it may take some time for a therapist to land on a treatment approach that best meets their needs, but once they do, they should expect sessions to extend for a number of months, typically including at least 12 sessions.

How effective is integrative therapy?

There are hundreds of types of talk therapy, and research shows that while they vary in form, goals, and frequency, many if not all can produce similarly successful outcomes. But a single approach does not always deliver the greatest, or speediest, benefit, and so even therapists primarily trained in one model will use tools, language, techniques, or exercises from others to shape an effective treatment plan.
