I help people stop running from their pain and shame and start walking in peace to make consistent and conscious positive choices.
As an integrative therapist, I work very gently and with great empathy, finding lost pieces and connecting memories of abuse with current conflicts. I engage with your thoughts and dreams, reflecting with you and developing new frames for the struggles you carry. The path of healing is deeply spiritual: I help clients transform trauma into a path of love.
I know suffering inside and out. I have walked with many scores of people through the hell and chaos of confusion and pain.
