My goal & passion is to value all walks of life & experiences! I know it can be difficult to seek help, the idea of counseling can freak some people out. However, if you're looking here, you're halfway there. The impact of trauma, stigma toward mental health, addictions, the LGBTQ+ community, infidelity can reinforce dysfunctional coping, self-loathing and sometimes self-harm. It can keep people stuck. I understand this on a personal and professional level. Therapy's not easy and not the most ideal at times, but can help if you team up with someone who will earn your trust.
