She uses a fun and creative approach using art therapy alongside traditional counseling, which allows clients to express themselves beyond words. Some children and adolescents do not know how to explain what they are feeling or struggling with; Chloe helps them work through those feelings so they can better themselves and how they relate to others in their lives.

I work with neurodivergent teens and adults (Autism and ADHD) as well was a wide range of clients who have experienced trauma, issues in their family dynamic, communication, peer groups, self-esteem, and relationships. I am most passionate about working with individuals as they explore the deep parts of themselves and uncover new insights. Many of my clients work to improve relationships, gain tools and strategies for day to day struggles, and explore, process, and find healing from past traumas and old wounds.

We specialize in sports performance, sports psychology and mental health for athletes. Regardless of the challenge you face, our role is to guide you toward a more fulfilling and satisfying life in and out of sport. We'll help you focus on what is most important to you and teach you how to overcome the barriers that get in your way (e.g. stress, anxiety, relationships, etc.). This will include helping you gain a deeper understanding of your concerns as well as teaching you specific skills and strategies you can use to manage the challenges you face, and ultimately move toward the goals you have in your life.

My name is Hannah and I am passionate about working with teens and adolescents as they navigate the stressors that come with growing up. This could present in a multitude of ways consisting of emotional regulation, exploring sexuality/identity, navigating transitions in school, conflicts with family and peers, high acuity depression or self-harm, or living through parents divorce/separation. Additionally, young adults exhibiting symptoms of PTSD and complex trauma who are ready to process and return to their life before the trauma are another sweet spot of mine.
