At White House Sport Psychology we specialize in sports performance, sport psychology and mental health for athletes. We help athletes overcome challenges in and out of sport (i.e. mental blocks, performance anxiety, perfectionism, personal issues, etc). We'll help you focus on what is most important to you and teach you how to overcome the barriers that get in your way (e.g. stress, anxiety, relationships, etc.). This will include helping you gain a deeper understanding of your concerns as well as teaching you specific skills and strategies you can use to manage the challenges you face, and ultimately move toward your goals.
We have 30+ years of combined experience and we will use our unique understanding of the mind and body to guide you to the results you want. Come learn how to "get out of your head", overcome mental blocks, reduce perfectionism, strengthen your relationships - even recover from injury - so you can optimize your performance and maximize your success.
We are more than former athletes or counselors who like sports. We have specialized degrees and training dedicated to helping athletes like you gain the insight and mental tools needed to fulfill your potential. Are you ready to build the mental tools you need to consistenly perform your best in sport and in life! Schedule your FREE 15-minute consultation.

The Mental Side of Sports Injury

Athletes working through injuries, surgery, long rehab protocols, and return to sport face both a physical challenge AND and mental challenge. In this group you will meet other athletes facing the same difficulties and learn what to expect as you go through the recovery process. You will learn strategies you can use to stay connected to your sport in a meaningful way, manage pain, maintain motivation, and overcome fears like re-injury or losing your spot on the depth chart. Finally, you will develop mental tools you can use to manage emotions and cope more effectively.
