My internship was at the Sacramento VA, where I gained expertise in CBT for depression and anxiety, mindfulness, grief therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I've earned provider certification for Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), the gold standard for PTSD/trauma. I can provide Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), for resilience and stress reduction.
