Substance use, Depression, anxiety, trauma, feelings of hopelessness, adoption, foster care, and adjustment issues are just some of the issues that I pride myself on helping clients navigate. Healing is not linear and I believe in providing a therapeutic environment that provides a supportive space for whatever your healing and wellness looks like.
I believe in creating the unique therapeutic space that you'll need to achieve recovery and wellness. I approach wellness using a blended technique that is always trauma informed. Mostly inclusive of Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, CBT/DBT, and Humanistic Therapy.
