With over a decade of experience in the behavioral health field, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate complex challenges and helping them work toward meaningful, positive change and healing. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in working with military connected individuals, folks struggling with addiction, and those involved with the justice system who are facing a variety of mental health concerns from depression to personality disorders and complex trauma.
I believe in creating the unique therapeutic space that you'll need to achieve recovery and wellness. I approach wellness using a blended technique that is always trauma informed. Mostly inclusive of Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, CBT/DBT, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
