It is my belief that my job as a therapist is to help my clients connect the dots within their lives to enhance their mental health. This is done by unpacking, exploring and examining roadblocks from our past that are preventing us from being present in the present. This type of awareness helps to foster continual growth & grants access to understanding the story behind our behaviors.
My clinical specialties include working with adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, has difficulties managing work/life balance, suffering from grief and loss, as well as women's issues and phase of life problems. I use an integrative approach, tailoring techniques that best fit my client’s needs.
I truly believe therapy should be a partnership between the client and their therapist. It is my aim to provide a supportive & objective environment for clients to explore, become educated and to create the change they desire to see.
