The therapeutic relationship is the key to change, so I aim to develop trust and comfort as we begin this journey. Therapy is YOUR time, so we'll discuss whatever's most helpful to you each week! We'll aim to build upon your existing coping skills and develop some new ones along the way. My background includes work in schools, outpatient private practice, and therapeutic summer programs. I work with a variety of clients from toddlers through young adults. For young children who have experienced or witnessed trauma, I work with the child and the caregiver together using Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), a trauma-informed modality.

Providing therapy since 2000, Amanda Littlefield (she/her) is a Spanishspeaking Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She also treats adults, with expertise in addressing issues stemming from childhood experiences. Amanda's professional experience has been primarily in southern California and in the Boston area. Amanda's previous work experience with schools and with pediatricians gives her the ability to advise parents in getting their children's needs met outside of the therapy session.
