Having navigated my own path of healing from childhood abuse, I understand the profound complexities of overcoming deep wounds and embracing self-love. My mission is to provide a sanctuary where individuals can embark on their healing journey, unveiling buried pains to foster self-compassion and prosperity. My professional background extends beyond therapy, having spent a decade as a lawyer specializing in criminal law. This experience, among others, fueled my passion for guiding children away from negative cycles toward empowerment and positive change.

I have provided mental health services for over 9+ years to adults, couples, and 16+ who are struggling with mental health issues. I guide people in their healing of trauma including complex trauma, dissociative issues, depression, anxiety, grief, psychotic spectrum, and personality disorders. I will create a safe space of honesty and empathy. I will guide you to strengthen self-trust and empower yourself to solve issues within all your relationships, inside and outside of therapy. I believe that our minds and bodies are connected through thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

With my specialized trauma training and the use of a modality called Brainspotting. I am certain we can work through any trauma or unwanted experience you may have endured. I work with adults and couples who are facing painful impasses in their lives. When we encounter overwhelming problems that seem irresolvable, we may feel that life as we know it is over. I strive to create a strong therapeutic relationship with children and families to improve overall functioning with the use of play therapy techniques. As a supervisee actively pursuing licensure for LMFT and RPT, I am passionate about utilizing play therapy techniques to promote growth for all children. I have completed training for EMDR therapy in which I can utilize with children who have traumatic experiences. I enjoy providing opportunities for parent and sibling involvement to enhance the family system as a whole. I strive to help children reach their full potential through fostering courage to face life’s various challenges.
