When working with my clients, my goal is to be that helping hand. I tailor my approach to clients' strengths and needs, with the focus of assisting individuals in reaching their goals and becoming the best versions of themselves. I prefer working with adults struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, life changes, grief, emotion regulation, or stress management.
I specialize in working with people impacted by trauma, especially complex childhood trauma. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy, (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), parts work, and somatic approaches.
I offer a comfortable, private setting for addressing the difficult issues that may bring you to counseling, and flexible hours to meet your needs. I look forward to meeting you and working together to help you meet your goals!
